We'll beat any quote/commission
We will beat any like for like loan quotation and commission that you have received from another packager. We are serious about being the choice packager for all UK financial intermediaries.
Dedicated Broker Manager
All introducers have a dedicated point of contact that is at their disposal for every enquiry. Our team members build long lasting relationships with their introducers and many have become personal friends over the years. You will never be passed around our office unable to get the information you need.
Simple enquiry process
Whether you send your enquiries by email, fax, online or just simply over the phone, we understand that different people work in different ways. We don't mind how you pass us your enquiries as long as you pass them to us. Remember, a name and number is all we need to get going with your case.
Dealing with lenders that lend
y3s operates a secured loan panel of lenders that do actually lend We have spent many years forging strong links with the country's top lenders. If we can't place your deal, we doubt anyone can.
Best rate policy
You give us your clients in good faith, and we know that. We won't give them a loan that's best for us in terms of our procuration fee, we'll find the lowest rate for their circumstances so that you can relax in the knowledge your client is getting the best possible deal available.
World class service
Our people are highly trained and extremely competent at their jobs. They are well paid for producing good results and they will always treat you and your client with honesty and respect
Fast response
All of our underwriters have at least four years' experience in the job. They know and understand the lenders better than anyone. They will get your enquiry turned around in minutes, but very rarely more than an hour, and if they need more information to make a decision they'll call back and ask for it within the hour.
Transparent commissions
We pay 2% proc fee for referring a secured loan to us. Our commission has remained the same before, during and after the credit crunch. You'll know how much you're going to earn up front so you can budget accordingly.
Free nationwide courier service
All clients are visited by our employed couriers to deliver and collect documentation and signatures. This ensures that the client experience is as smooth as possible, with no paperwork errors or missing signatures.
Immediate payment, no claw back
As soon as your client's loan has completed, we will forward your fee by BACS to your nominated bank account. We will never ask you for the commission back.
Low redemption penalties
All our secured loans have low redemption penalties. When it makes sense to remortgage your client, you can rest assured there is no 'sting in the tail'.
