y3s courier visits client, collects all supporting documentation, provides client with our loan pack and issues advance copies of the credit agreement. Introducer informed of outcome of visit.
Consideration period
y3s sends original credit agreement to client by post.
Client receives credit agreement, signs and dates and returns it to us via freepost.
y3s receives signed agreement. An application is made for a mortgage reference to confirm conduct of the first mortgage account. A free valuation of the client's home is booked in for the earliest date. Introducer updated.
Mortgage reference and valuation received, case packaged in full, final pre-submission file check carried out by Head of Processing, file sent to lender for completion. Introducer updated.
Case received by lender, phone checks carried out direct with the client, case funds. Introducer updated.
Client receives their cheque or bank transfer, depending on the lender. Introducer's commission sent via BACS to their account from y3s, accompanied by an email remittance, and a telephone call.
